Welcome to the Sada Foods mobile application (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the App.
1. Eligibility
Sada Foods is a wholesale business intended for users with financial independence and the ability to legally enter purchasing agreements. By using the App, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to place wholesale orders.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use the App, you must create an account.
You are fully responsible for:

Sada Foods is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders placed through the App do not require payment at the time of order placement.
However, payment is required before orders can be released, delivered, or picked up. You agree to promptly provide payment through the approved methods communicated to you.
4. Misuse & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Submit “joke,” fake, or fraudulent orders

Engage in abusive or unsafe behavior
Decisions regarding account termination are made at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
If you select shipping, Sada Foods is not responsible for any orders that:

Are delayed

Are lost in transit

Have not reached the client due to courier issues
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the shipping provider, responsibility is transferred to the client.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes, concerns, or issues can be handled directly with our team on a one-on-one basis.
We aim to resolve concerns fairly, respectfully, and efficiently.
7. Acceptable Use & User Conduct
We expect all users to:
